There are two states of well-being. One finds us coping as best we can in a life riddled with drama and unfulfilled dreams, victimized, indecisive, confused, resentful, fearful, angry, and doubtful. The alternative state of well-being embraces joy, freedom and balance. We become free of those things that weigh down to life fully in the integrity of our spirit. Taking this brave leap has rewards of creativity, love, authenticity, vitality, grace, and happiness.
